## Verdict

This Samsung 65" Neo QLED QN90F offers top-tier picture quality and a sleek design that doubles as wall art, making it an excellent choice for a premium living room centerpiece. However, the software experience is its Achilles’ heel—with severe storage limits, sluggish performance, and frustrating bugs impacting Smart TV usability. If you're keen on seamless smart features and flawless audio sync, you may want to consider supplementing this TV with an external streaming device like Apple TV or Roku for a smoother interface. Overall, it's a solid visual powerhouse but be prepared to deal with Samsung’s clunky software environment.

**Top pro:** Vivid, bright, and sharp 4K picture quality with Neo Quantum HDR+ delivers stunning visuals.
**Top con:** TV software is slow, glitchy, and frustrating; very limited internal storage (~2GB usable) severely restricts app installation and media storage.
